If you like handling worse then mario kart, get uber-blur in your face each time you hit the trottle, crap performance, huge deadzones in wheel, instant-braking and a slow crappy menu... Great.
They say they're gonna redo the driving physics...
I do like that you are able to see other people walking around in stores and the casino.
I know, I know... But this is different, trust me. Unless they won't re-do the physics, I won't buy this, well maybe just for sitting in the R8 in the casino...
Yes, that is true, and I make it sound really bad, and I over-reacted alot, was kinda mad, about how they messed up a fine game (imo) like TDU1.
Look up some video's on youtube and judge for yourself. I'd say no, but if you tolerate the VERY arcade-ish driving, it is alot of fun, the cars look great, nicer modelled, especially the rims, they always looked pixelated for me, and now they're nice models.
finally i got a chance to play and its very beautiful, amazing graphics. cant say the same for the physics but its not a sim.. The most time i was amazed when it was night or thunderstorm
better delete these pics, because some guys have their accounts banned for posting information outside. i don't know where its written, maybe in those ''terms or service'' or what that-long-text-for-which-noone-including-me-cares with ''i agree'' button in the end.
Ah, don't worry, all they do is put you out the beta...
Todays play-day was more fun, actually enjoyed it. Spent the first 2 hours in the casino, lol. (Wanted to win that R8 :shy.
Then I did some cruising, found some nice guys, and we cruised through the forest and some roads, the environment looks quite nice, especially these farm roads.
But yeah, if they work on the performance and handling, and the brake/clutch pedal sensitivity (it's more like a button atm, its pressed or not), I will buy it.
Had another go last night, it started in Windowed mode and I couldn't get it to go full screen. Alt-Enter had no effect and there was no option in the graphics settings.
