ok guys, i recently opened LFS and when i loaded a track and went to choose a car it was making a weird beeping noise beep...beep...beep ya know, and i closed all possible programs, no fix, idk whats wrong. plz help thanks

Maybe your car is in reverse.

Is the beeping coming from your pcspeaker inside your pc or from your speakerset that is connected to your soundcard?

ok i'll post up a vid in a bit. im on a diff comp at the moment and i get a fps of like 30-60 depending on which track.

when im in the main menu to choose single/multiplayer it doesnt make the beep. when i go to singleplayer then tracks and choose on, after it loads the textures etc thats when it starts beeping, its coming from my laptop speakers, not from inside the comp...ill post up a vid shortly, im reinstalling the game now to see if it fixes the prob.

If it is a beeping from inside your computer then it will be the motherboard beeping i would guess.

For example, my board used to beep intermittently when i moved my mouse and a new mouse fixed it.

Im dont remember if this beeping happened in game or not, so i may be totally wrong about it, it's just an idea.

It sounds like a problem i had before. you may need to ajust the speaker sound settings

There is beeping when you choose rallyx track while your car has road tires and vice versa.

I get beeping sound (and changing opened windows rapidly :S) when I'm trying to use Strobe.

Is it the same beep sound as if you were trying to erase a text but it's already empty?

i have the same beep here
and when i drive faster the beep's is getting faster to.
i had it only in the XRG and XFG. ( with other engine sound)

i have no idea how it got fixed ;S but just got on today and it didnt beep....idk why and when u use strobe i get the same thing i think its nornal
