Logitech G25 Pedals Not Detected in LFS
Hey guys,

Just got my Logitech G25 today and it's working great in games like GTR Evolution (Race 07), Rfactor etc, however for some reason the pedals are not being picked up in LFS.

When I try and calibrate the wheel in the options, the accelerator, brake and clutch don't seem to be getting picked up.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting in the game that I am somehow missing?

Thanks

Neal
things i can think of:

button vs axis clutch?
combined vs separated pedals?

does it say "g25 wheel" or something in the top corner (in yellow)?
I had a similar issue yesterday.

I would go into a track and you can rev the car, place it into gear but it wouldn't move forward. After triple checking everything, I suggest checking the axis, separate and button modes. Ensure axis' are all correct and restart your computer and/or application. Mine now works fine.

Good luck.
I get a few problems with my G25 somtimes like it not recognising buttons etc.
A global fix is to unplug then replug the usb cable.

If you lose force feedback you can switch it off then back on in options/controls/axis/FF, that works well.

I always re-calibrate ingame each time I start LFS then lock after moving pedals and wheel to full lock/pressed positions a few times,

If you switch between windows and LFS always use shift+F4 otherwise you may need to re-calibrate when returning to an open LFS.

SD.
Just to add to what SilverArrows77 said.

Do any of you guys have more than 1 controller plugged in besides your g25?
(e.g. joysticks/ps2/xbox 360)

I run script's to take care of changing the button functions each time i change to any given cars,Which was my problem when i first connected my Attack3 joystick to use as a handbrake along side of my g25.but because i have scripts to tell lfs which button configuration to use on each car...
what happened when i plugged the joystick in after only using g25 i had all my buttons change there function numbers so instead of pressing the throttle with "throttle axis to rev-up,it had changed to the joysticks forward & backwards axis.(i have since rewritten my script files to suit)

Just saying that the first controller's buttons are assigned a number for each function which can be assigned to any game fuction via the ingame controller configuration,,,,BUT
these numbers/functions change whenever a second controller is introduced..

@ bunder9999--that could well be the problem too,i have come across that before myself(when i was a newbie:dopey
