That way you could get their reaction as you walk over to their car and they tell you to turn it off and stop recording them by trying to say it is an offence to video their faces or some shite.

If it was me i would then ask them to stop filming potentially innocent motorists and distracting them with their gay car with a scaffold pole bolted to the roof with a video camera on it, and the answer would obviously be a no.
