The online racing simulator
what steering wheel do you use in live for speed?
the one in your rx7 looks alot like the logitech g25
My boss took me out to a skidpan a few months ago and let me use his new HSV Clubsport R8 (400hp), I haven't had a license since 2001 been driving a bit around since then but nothing like sliding, Been playing LFS for a fair while now, At the skid pan everyone couldn't believe how i threw the car around, Hey i was suprised myself!! But all i could put it too was LFS.

Here's vid with boss holding my fone

Im not saying if you can hold a car sidways in LFS that you can do it in real life though! And if ur going to try go somewhere where you wont end up in someones house, I nearly done that when i was younger but a tree stopped me luckily!
same here.

last month i did a skid pan day with the local supra club.
i was expecting that my live for speed skills would help but lfs really did come in handy. i did quit well better then i expected and i did just aswell as i would on live for speed.

lol i dont even have my license and my driver instructor commented on how good my car control is for a 15 year old i was stringing up the corners and getting great drift angles. some people even said i was one of the best drivers out there so i feel pretty proud
I must say, this video made me a lot more confident about going to take my permit test and getting behind the wheel of a real car for the first time ever. I've been putting it off for a while now, when almost everyone else went and got it within a week. Thanks for the confidence. And I think it goes without saying (yet here I am saying it), great job.
Good save and I've no doubt it'll be the sim-racing experience that kept you pointing the right way round.

It also really does highlight what a good chassis that RX-7 has too. It responded beautifully to your input
Good to see LFS helping people
These first hand stories of people admitting LFS at least taught them the basics are quite inspiring.

And damn am I jealous btw...

Excellent save!
I like the way your steering wheel looks like a g25.
HAHAH! I like the comment, you did get that thing really sideways at speed too!

I scared myself once in my dad's GMC Jimmy going home on a rainy day, those tires were not made to be in the rain they are so old, I was going around a yield turn [obviously] to fast and probably had as much angle as you were going, probably going just over half the speed you were but it really is scary!
Especially when there are cars right next to you and you could risk going over a sidewalk into a parking long!

But for real, that was a very nice save, I want to take my Mazda 3 out and drive it around the track, supposed to go up to Road Atlanta next weekend maybe my friend will let me autox his first gen RX7

+1 for manual cars
Love the crazy laugh at the end. Good save.
lol i managed a similar thing karting a week ago, i was coming out of a tight hairpin/chicane, weird corner, anyone who has been to batford meadows karting int he uk wil know what i mean, and it had rained the night before so there was a bit of a puddle there. all the laps before i had gone round it but i decided to go through it a couple times to clear the water bt the first time i went throught the kart snapped sideways quite a bit and it was only after i had saved it did i actually realise i had got it sideways lol so it was all instictive
