Force racers to use a fixed setup or lock some of the options ?

I believe some insim apps can detect some parts of the setup, and then take some action if required.

since insim can only detect so much, one idea was to use an external program that connects to insim on the server and hashes the user setup and confirms that hash against the server setup... no takers on coding said however.
