For cars without starters or cannot start on their own.

Engine stalled going into pitlane (due to wheel lockup). Car rolls all the way to the pitbox (in gear - an attempt to roll start, failing), but it has no starter motor, therefore you are out of the race.

Realistically wouldnt a crew member in the pits be able to "restart" your F1/other engine and such? I would think that this would be possible during any race.

F1 cars have anti-stall systems since 2004. Safer race start.

at least you didn't run out of gas pulling into the pit box... done that before.

isn't the only car without an ignition the BF1?

And the BF1 doesnt.


The BF1 may be the only car now doesnt have a starter now, but there could be future cars in LFS that don't have either.
