Oh look, here we go... yet again. Must be that time of the month... Honestly, you got called a twat and a prick. While what was said may be a bit out-of-line from a mod, you definitely deserved it. I'm sure you've been called worse things in real life, so grow up and stop being a drama queen.. sheesh

Im sure if you got called a twat in a chippy you'd want to have a word with the manager? They can say what they want in there too, its their chippy, doesn't mean i/you can't complain.

Yes, that would seem to be the logical and rational course of action. I wonder why you haven't applied it to this situation, opting instead to attempt to drag as many others into your melodrama as you can.

Considering the way you are feeling about the treatment you received, a letter of complaint seems like the most logical course of action.
