I Have a strange problem with has just recently Happened (Picture below)

I Have windows Vista but it shows the Classic Context menu's, I cannot exit any programs without using Task Manager.

Also cannot open Program files. (Windows goes away and resets itself)

When i try saving Files it comes up as The normal Save Menu but I Cant enter any name for the file.

Its taken me a very long time to save 1 picture.

(The Picture below was a F1 Picture but i had to overwrite it because i couldnt save the Image on paint.

Also Nothing was cut out of the picture, Top of Internet explorer is actually what it is like.)

BUT, have you tried restarting?

Yea, I Recieved the problem yesterday, restarted it twice yesterday and Today, I Will restart again Shortly, I Need to see what it comes up with when i start up the PC (It might be in safe Mode, Havent Checked)

EDIT: Restarted PC, Double checked i have started windows normally, No Change.

Have to change to Linux Mint Until i can resolve this problem.

Wut, it looks like Windows 95. I bet it's porn, or all those toolsbars in your internet.

I Have had the Toolbars for months, Also my Linux failed and it went on to windows again

Every time i try to install updates, It just fails...

Had this computer for not even a month and its ****ing up.

Edit: I Get a error saying File System Error (65535) When i try opening a file.

Get Firefox.

Can you try this. Start -> Right Click on Computer -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced tab. Click on the settings button in the Performance area. Select the "Let Windows choose what's best for my computer" then click Apply.

System Comes up but only with a blank White Screen, This is really ****ed up!

Cant find any solutions that work!

I Know what the problem is Now but i cant do anything.

Last night i was playing Live for Speed, And Suddenly Closed Down, Windows had a Update, Took a few minutes, Computer came back on and it just turned like this.

sounds like somebody got a virus from downloading on limewire

Most probably tbh, But i have only downloaded 1 Song recently and it worked perfectly.


Ahh **** sake, All i have had with my new computer is OS Problems!

EDIT: Things are turning out a slight bit better, I Had a framework update yesterday which i think caused this problem. I Cant seem to uninstall it though :/ Not even on safe mode.
