Sorry for the late reply, I unsubscribed to this thread years ago when the program became obsolete.

If you downloaded the components archive from my site, you should have some .bat files in the archive to help with setup. For Windows 7 64-bit.

Quote from readme.txt :

Move to files to "Windows\SysWOW64"
Run reg_system_vista64.bat (you must use "Run as Administrator" if UAC is enabled)
