Locked wheel indicator.
I very much like the flashing orange indication of the ABS working on the tire view.

Could we have an option to allow the orange tire color to indicate a locked up tire without ABS?
I can hear the tire lock up and feel it in the wheel as well. Is your sound working correctly so that you can hear the tire noise? I'm not trying to be rude just stating that I can hear/feel when a tire locks up.

I can hear and feel it just fine. But in a straight line braking how do you know which one it is?

Why does it matter? You've only got one brake pedal for all four wheels, if one locks up, you'll have to release that one pedal, no matter which one you locked up

If the rear feel loose, it's the rear. If it doesn't, it's the front?
I could nearly always tell when something locked up, using an xbox gamepad. It's a pretty loud signal in the car's overall feedback. Unless your setup mutes it, or you're not near the edge of the envelope.

Left or right?

if you brake in a straight line they should be doing the same thing. if not, usually it is the less loaded wheel. If in doubt, just check replay and look for smoke or skid marks!
If you have to know which wheel it is, watch the replay and press F for the forces view.
