I have just downloaded 3DSmax 7 trial and would like to know how to basicly render, just very basic, as i can learn more advanced things later if i manage this...

Rendering requires thought and dedication. If you want to learn it you'll have to do the proper legwork. Also, it's a computer program. Fiddle, tweak, test things. If they don't work, just restart.
