While rule changes are on the agenda, we would like to suggest that shortcutting is banned.
In Round 1 of the 09/10 Masters of Endurance season, Team Sirius and Sasa Pasic in particular, repeatedly took shortcuts to gain an unfair advantage. On the day members of 3id spoke to Sasa Pasic and a MoE admin. Sasa was very open with us about the desire to gain an unfair advantage within his team.

We encourage everyone to watch the following laps onboard the Team Sirius car at Turn 1: 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30, 33 and 35.
On each of these laps it is clear that Sasa Pasic makes an attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Norbi Kiss continued this trend until Team Sirius was asked to stop by the admins.
As Sasa Pasic is so passionate about the rules, particularly regarding how they are exploited. We ask that short-cutting the circuit so clearly should be made a punishable offense.
