hey guys i need help in detail how to put wav. and rar. files into the game..

can you elaborate, what are you trying to do to start with?
i wanna put the wav. rar. sound folders in the game...

.RAR is a container, like a .ZIP file and needs to be extracted first. You cannot directly import a .RAR file.
"The" wav / rar files? There are, oh I don't know, perhaps some billions of such files on the internet. You need to be more specific

LFS sounds, such as tyre skid sounds, scrape samples, wind and road noise are located in data/sound/. RAR files are compressed archives, you need to extract their contents first and then move the extracted files wherever they belong.
alright when i download a flutter bov.wav/rar. file and i put it in the engine filder in data, it doesnt come up when i shift 'a', then i click the L on the right of the screen and that says it has no files to open..
then i tried exracting the flutter bov and it exracted but it when it does exract it ends up an mp3 file then i try put the flutter bov. mp3. file then i do shift 'a' again and nothing comes up then i press the L and its still says theres nothing to load.????

please help boys..

You'll have to convert it to wave, LFS can't read mp3. That aside, there's no turbo car in the demo, why would you need a bov sound?
yeah i have the xrt in patch x...
It is getting sad how more and more demo racers stay at patch X while the game is being developed, just because of the doriftorz...
Why? It's their loss.
hey im saving up to buy an s2 licence, just remember it takes time...
but can use still help me or what....
Like I said, you'll have to convert it to wave. Googling "mp3 to wav" should present more than enough viable methods to achieve this.
