Help from a German speaker please?
Just bought a new mouse from Microsoft, for some odd reason they've sent me one with a German little bit of paper stuck on the front. I'm *geussing* (mega uber geuss) that it's some sort of "claim your 19% rebate" thing, but my German goes as far as "ich mochte ein Wurste bitte" and not much further :P

I've attached pictures (...dont own a scanner sorry :S) of the front cover and the terms.

I bought a SideWinder X8 if that helps, I have also seen a mention of €30, I paid £11.50 for it so not sure if it falls foul of it or not.

I bought it from Microsoft directly, but the department I got it from aren't overly helpful (but uber cheap) so contacting them won't really help.

In short - wtf is it, and if it's good how to I claim it?

You have to live in Germany for this to participate, so you're out anyway/

Something like that, yes... Microsoft basically pays the VAT if you're buying one of their products of over € 30.00 - but as Stefan said you're not eligible because you don't live in Germany...
Well yes, the first item on the second image states that your out, unless you're a MS retailer, wholesaler, employee or at least someone in your family is - it says.

Then you'd be entitled to participate as far as I can see...

I was going to offer but you get 19% back of the purchase price (which in my case is £11.50, aka £2.19...)
30Euros appear to be either 23 or 27 pounds, so I guess you're not eligable either way.
Wierd that they send that with that product though.
