I think one of my clean up programs deleted some LFS files so I re-installed. However all the S2 content is locked. How do I get it back?

When you start-up the game in the main menu.
On the right bottom you will see:

"Unlock Live For Speed"

When you have pressed that...
Fill in your username "GT_Nige" and your game password.

Then press unlock!
