Well, i got my replacement PSU today, and still my PC seems to have no power, i am starting to fear it might be the CPU. Nothing is happening when turn it on, not even the lights on the USB hub are on or the "buzz" as my PC gets plugged in. The cpu was running pretty hot when the PC died so i am thinking it might be £120 down the drain now

That's still not a good thing Under normal conditions, fuses should never blow.
Anywho, make sure you replace it with the exact same type+size of fuse. Don't go sticking a 13A in there
