I have a nvidia 8400, and i cant decide on any good settings.

I'm going for the most realistic-looking settings anyone has found. I've been playing with them for a while, and i just don't know what im doing

Im fine with FPS, i have full AF and AA on in lfs and still have around 60 fps which im used to.
