Yeah, I told Martin that he wouldn't be allowed to drive for InSeRT as they are a full time team and that the name would have to be something else - I don't know whether or not he relayed that fact to Megin.

Please do bare in mind that only those teams that finished in the top 10 of last season are guaranteed their spots. If there are more than 4 teams in the test race that i feel deserve a permanent spot in IGTC then i may remove some currently accepted teams.

O believe that's OK. I asked Benji 3 weeks ago about possibility of changing our name in this situation and he said if that's only one driver that's OK like it is now.

Yeah, that was before i released the final rules and was something i was thinking about changing. Sorry for the confusion but as it stands you have to either remove him or change the team name.
