Description: 13 would not yield to blue flags even though I got fully beside.

Short description from your point of view: Car 52 make a pit manouver on car 12, so car 12 crasht and lost 7 position when car 52 kept going.

I'm just going to give the penalties to save time, instead of explaining our opinion. I may come back tomorrow and explain some of these, but in interest of time and to avoid making a mistake, just the penalty will be posted.

Warnings will be carried over from round to round. Yet to determine accumulation result in penalty limit yet, but we will track these, and similar offenses will be compiled.

No Penalty. Car 13 is deemed to have had sufficient pace at the time to be permitted minor fights with higher classified cars. No significant time was lost due to this incident.
