Hi does anyone know where to get or can make an insim or program that does this:

Allows teams to be added
Ex: Last Lap Motorsports
Usernames: Bmxtwins,Teammate1,2,3 and so on

Basically this would be to count laps incase of a timeout during a league so that the team doesnt "lose" all their laps.


It just needs to be a simple thing (even a text document) showing the current standings everytime its reloaded.

Wouldn't you mean Server side? It is possible to do it through each of the clients, but I don't think that is a very good way to do it... Server side is the way most of these things work, and it could be a pain to get all the racers to download / install and run this tracker on their side when it could just run on the server.

I just need something that gives me how many laps each team has done and what position they are in after a set amount of laps.

Incase of timeouts.

Doesnt need to be fancy or on a webpage.

Edit: I was thinking of something that allows just me to see this is why, I thought that LFS sent some sort of message to clients when a user passes the line even if it isnt themselves and thought that that could be used and each time a person from a team crosses the line it adds a lap to their team.

Ask DWB/Deko/Booteh/CSF/various others for a copy of the IGTC/MoE/GTAL one? Or did they say no?

I want an application not a mysql database thing (have tried 1) thats impossible to install. Unless someone wants to help me !

Yes, it's called insim. That's how the MoE/IGTC/GTAL tracker works, by reading insim packets, putting the important ones into a database (splits, laps, pits, driver changes, race starts etc) and then reading that db and working out the order.

MySql Database and getting it to display right here's what ive got so far

tracker.gt3tcc.500servers.net

Erm what exactly is that? I don't know what tracker you have, but you need some way of getting the data from the LFS server to the database and then displaying it - that looks to me like a list of players and teams?

we got it up and running thanks to LFSES guys who are so helpful just need to add data etc
