I think perhaps it won't work for me because I'm using the better grass mod, the hoe just destroys the block for me.

yes it is...make sure u dont copy/paste a space.

A friend suggested doing Stormwind city (WoW), but I think that would be a bit too much for a first one.

Stormwind sounds awesome. Just need to put together a good map or build plan to make sure everyone is on the same page

Yeah I am still new to mods and whatnot.

as soon as theres some kind of fix to the lag problem.
right now when theyre turned on there is a lag fest going on after some time, since they spawn much more than they should be.
not a good thing.
