As in what exactly?, there is a replay analyzer that allows you to overly 2 replays on top of each other, and F1prefview that gives you various info from replays.

Something that allows you to graph variables such as speed, rpms, braking etc... so you can evaluate selected portions of track. will the tools you mention do that?

Yeah, if you go the the 'Replay Analysers' section of the main lfs site, under additional downloads I think.
