Yea andRo you're right. It maybe shouldn't be allowed, but my song was just 9 sec longer, so what was I gonna do? chop some music out or make a nice vid for everyone that is 9 sec longer than they expected. I see no harm in watching something for 9 sec longer that I thought it will be xD

I never said it should not be allowed, I said in future we should take off the same amount of votes as much the video is over the limit. FireMike already said it doesn't matter this round, only the next rounds, so it's okay.

That's a bit harsh penalty suggestion, don't you think?
It's not like thousand people will vote, we'll be happy if we get a hundred

That was just an example. We can do for ex. for each 3 sec 1 vote off, or 5sec 1 vote off etc. But even 1sec is not harsh because you are not supposed to make longer than it is said if you think about it. So it's everyone's decision whether they care how much votes they get or not.

really... what does 1 sec more hurt? not a shit. Its just being way too picky, imo.

Make a +/- 10% for future competitions, in lenght of video

Length overdrawing to max. +10%. (e.g. 1 Minute determined length, max. overdrawing until 1.10 Minutes.)
If not, competitor will be excluded of the round.
