Edit: OK, so the maximum scale I can make it in is about 84 %.

Edit 2: Here is the layout (only one config yet), just to know if you like it. I am sorry that the start position is a bit off the track but I wanted to make the track as large as possible :/

I like it, maybe a bit wider in the faster turns and straights
