Fraps stopped lagging after I did that. Also ALWAYS record in windowed mode. It improves fps pretty much

This seriously worked! Now my fps is exactly 30.0fps while recording with AA.

Though, still I don't know what you mean about windowed mode? Doesn't it include windows taskbar and window borders/edges? After all, I have to search some music, get the inspiration for the subject of video and then just slowly, carefully start develop a somekind of video.

No, it doesn't include the windowed edges.. it just includes the lfs screen.
every time I recorded before without windowed mode, with or without AA I would only get 9fps
press shift + F4 and just drag the window to full screen, or just keep it at 1280 x 720 and record it (which is what I do).. I get about 60fps while recording all the time now and my video's look pretty good quality.. an example
