Ha! Fixe!
I will stay with Phenom!
And i will go for the Saphire HD5670 512MMB DDR5

The budget is getting high (425 euros) but ... I'm really loving this game and i really want to have fun and win some races

How many fps do you think i will get with this?

. AMD Phenom II x2 555 3.2Ghz Black Edition
. ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AMD870G SKAM3
. CORSAIR 2X2048MB DDR3 1333MHZ XMS3 CL9 NEW CLASSIC.
. SAMSUNG 500GB SATA II 16MB F3
. SAPPHIRE ATI HD5670 512MB DDR5 PCI-E
. ARCTIC COOLING FREEZER 7 PRO REV.2
. Chassis mid-tower Nox Zen
. LCPOWER SUPERSILENT V2 550W LC6550 V2.2

I Increased the Ram to 4GB ... replace the seagate for the samsung F3 ... the motherboard doesnt have integrated v-card ... low noise psu and low noise coller (for overclock)

Tell me what you think
I would guess that should be enough for 100+ fps.
There is a mismatch now as you will have a very powerful CPU but bottleneck your brandnew system with a under midrange graphics card. LFS doensn´t mind, still who knows if you won´t start different games soon.
Look for some gtx 260,gtx 275,gtx 280/285,gtx 295 or 4870-4890.
Better: Save some money and go for something like gtx 450 to gtx 580 or 5770,5850 or 5870.
BTW: 20fps on a full starting grid. Demo or S2? S2 , I hope.
I had a AMD Sempron 3700 Single Core with only 1 GB of RAM and a AGP

Grafix card some years ago, afair the grafix was named 3650, not 100 %

sure on that. This system was running LFS really nice and the only reason i

upgraded was it couldnt handle LFS on Full-HD with all Details on full. So,

if u really need it ONLY for LFS and games needing less than what LFS does:

get a cheap used fast single core and add a better grafix card. This will be ok

for you and a lot cheaper than what you are thinking about to buy now.

Greetings and fun to all PVL
Thank you all for your help

Total: 531 €

I will post the results here later after assembling and testing te new machine
Quote from 65D :Im laughing so hard because he totally thinks Sempron would be good.

New Sempron CPUs have same cores as Phenom II (and Athlon II).
And with UCC-capable board, they can become dualcores, too.

Yes ... thank you ... i realized that but ... in Phenom II x2 555 3.2ghz black edition i can unlock very easly the 4 hidden cores with the asus motherboad (i think this can only be donne on the black edition) ... after finnishing the overclock i will have a stable AMD PHENOM II X4 955 3.6ghz ... i read a lot in the internet about it in the last 2 days and its very easy and safe

i must say right now i dont really need a processor like this ... but in the future you never know ... i spend a little more money then i wanted but i get a good machine that i guess it will be ok to play fls with a good performance for many years ... and is allways nice to have a faster computer to run common software

You should have also read warnings about the risks of core unlocking. Yes, in most cases you can unlock disabled cores. However, in some cases you'll run into problems (including instability). If you manage to unlock it successfully remember to stress test it for stability.
:auto:

Its running babby!!

allways +100fps
full graphic details and everything on max AA, FF, whatever ...

unlock 4 cores succefully , run prime95 for 4 hours no problems
but i dont need that so return to 2 cores and overclock to 3.7ghz
perfect!
it's a completted different game now!
wow!
i jjust made my best lap time by 2 seconds at the first time i tryed!

Well! Thank you all for your support!
Glad you're happy with it.
