Now it last season : 2 secs faster that can be achieved with the right tools.
Check my PB on Oval and BF1, i has 7.5s for a lap.
This is around 1450kmh average speed. I used no no teleport.

With latest tools i bet we can get below the 7s limit.

and hacking the game to do a 7 second lap. there must be so many overtakes during those runs.
