look for Eugene Donnelly footage. he's one of Irelands best. his toyota was hammering imprezas and evo's for years. he was even beating Marcus Grönholm when Ire was in the WRC until Eugene crashed out in the last stage.

The McRae SAGA of '95 is definately movie worthy. Prodrive were sponsored by Repsol at that time so they wanted his Spaniard teammate to win at the second to last race in Catalunya but McRae wouldn't have it. The team even formed a road block to slow him down but he just powered through it to win the event. Watch some of the WRC close call videos on youtube, it shows mountains of footage of near cliff drops, dodging wildlife on the stages, etc.


AFAIK, IIRC do alot of live stages on Eurosport, and it's very entertaining to watch.

IRC then. Intercontinental Rally Championship. Has good drivers like Sarrazin and Delecour, and Duval racing there in 207's and Skoda Fabia, S2000 but very very good, also IRC races Monte Carlo, and WRC no longer.
