I don't think we ever see it back, most of the people running it are long gone pursuing different projects. And I doubt it would work in the current public racing state of lfs anyway, even back then the higher tied servers where struggling to attract enough people with the right license. Maybe we see somebody else filling the gap if we get some new buzz with "the big one" but until then I very much doubt anybody starting a time intense project like this will be successful.
