I'd like to use a WAV with the gear whine from this youtube clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmJH84FnQa8

I record via Audacity, manipulate the length to 0,5 sec, but whatever WAV type, bitrate and frequency I use to export, LFS won't load it, either its the wrong bitrate or "too long".

If I export the original LFS whine, its a 0,7 sec 44khz 16bit mono PCM. I tried using this exact settings, but still get the error "file too long"

Could someone give me a clue? Or do me the favour and record a WAV that LFS will load?

got it, didn't see that one has to chose the samplerate for each track individually.

if anyone wants to give it a try, sounds quite good for me

load it via the "L" button in the Shift-A menu, set "recorded rpm" to 4500 (works good with XRR)
