I was on the team server and my lfs froze for about 20 seconds, its then unfoze but instantly lost connection to server. But also i got the message "network fatal:conn reset" flashing red.
Anyone have any idea?

You probably timed out as your LFS was frozen for 20 seconds.

I wouldnt of posted as my lfs keeps freezing recently (suggested server is patch t while im on patch u) but i dont really do computers and when said "network fatal conn reset" thought it might be something serious.
Maybe not then.
