Now, when you press SS (send setup) in the connection list coloumn next to the host, nothing happens.

It would be good that if you pressed this, your setup would be sent to all racers on the server.

I have tried to send setup to host, noone of players received setup, only in server log there was message "xxx sent setup". So yeah, probably to remove this button or make it send to all.

This is broken since 0.5Z28 -> 0.6
