• Completely New Title V (Green Flag Racing). This should allow us to better enforce wreckless drivers and more clearly define the rules of our series'. (These rules are just a little different from the rules of clean racing, but not much).
  
• The final 5% of a race clause from the old version has been removed from Title V (Remains in Oval Racing with regard to blocking / low line running)
  
• Updated for the new license system

Tyre warming. I may put an article in 2.2 just to clarify what is allowed and what isn't allowed with regards to tyre warming.

This is a final call to make changes to the Rulebook for 2013. If you see anything in there that you don't like, feel free to discuss the issue here . Hopefully this version will allow incidents to be a little clearer in resolving
