There are several ways to cheat with a vob mod.

The most obvious one is collision detection. In bumper to bumper action a vob mod could be the difference between going to Mars and run away unhurt.

Some servers run with force in-car view on. The F view and wheel-only view are not allowed in this mode. A vob mod can easily change that.


IIRC, only vob mods that alter collision detection will be automaticly detected and kicked. (The devs are unhappy with any vob mod on this forum, altering collision detection or not.)

Can someone tell me if this GOLF GTS and this FORD MAVERICK are viruses?

No.

If you use them online, you may get detected and speced/kicked.

vob mods are cool. they keep some life in this game.

i like that fact that people who have more talent and dedication to making cars than the devs are the ones being shut out and banned.

funny how that works. some amazing cars have been made
