fact of the incident:
1) the car was stuck in 6th gear, in order to get moving again I lifted off throttle and shifted to first. You can see in the video I was regaining speed in 1st gear as you hit me.
2) I was off the racing line, and out of the way of cars trying to recover safely.
3) you were at least 1 lane above of the racing line.
4) You brake after you hit me.
5) I had no way to know that some driver was idiotic enough to ignore a yellow flag. (or wait, maybe you just "didn't see it")
This is my fault? 10-4.
