The 2013 Kyoto 250 will be on the following timetable:

Official Practice Sessions

Starting on Friday, 15 March 2012 and ending on 23 March 2012. Each practice session will have its timetable and format in its own thread.

Qualifying Day

Sunday, 24 March 2013:
17:00 UTC: Qualifying Session: one attempt, two hotlaps, best counts. One hour window, can be expanded if necessary. Race start P1 and P2 set after this session.
*20 minute break*
18:30 UTC: Twin 115 #1: Takes odd positions from qualifiying, sets inside of Rows 2 through 11, inclusive. 60+2=62 laps; ONE GREEN FLAG pitstop required - ALL TYRE CHANGE REQUIRED
*15 minute break*
20:00 UTC: Twin 115 #2: Takes even positions from qualifiying, sets outside of Rows 2 through 11, inclusive. 60+2=62 laps; ONE GREEN FLAG pitstop required - ALL TYRE CHANGE REQUIRED

The breaks will be at least as long as scheduled here. This means, that a session will start either the breaktime duration after the completion of the previous session, or its scheduled time, whichever is LATER.

Race Day

All drivers for the race must be in server at 17:20 UTC, Saturday 30th March 2013.

Green flag at 17:45 UTC.

Practice Sessions will resume late Tuesday. I cannot run any today due to my very tight work schedule. There also are usually totally quiet days to allow administrative catch-up to take place. There should be one Tuesday, one Wednesday (both USA/ Canada evening) and two or three (or more if I'm mental) on each Thursday, Friday. Two or so on Saturday.
