Practice Session 5 for the 6th Annual Kyoto 250 will be the following:

Tuesday, 19 March 2013
Qualifying: 45 minute window Starting 21:00 EDT (01:00 UTC Wednesday, 20 March)
Race: 40 laps + 2 pace laps (42 total) starting 21:55 EDT (01:55 UTC Wednesday, 20 March)

If more than 30 attempt to qualify, the fastest 30 will get through to the race.

I was unsure of he was implying they were for Europe as two of them are said to be done for US / Canada...
