Car 25 (Ray Kingsbury) was found to not be driving to the desired standards of this series during the later stages of Round 2. As such, the following is imposed:

Road Licence for Bmxtwins Revoked Until Further Notice. The driver will be required to request in writing to [email protected] a re-licencing, which will take the following: a full race-distance at the series's next course on the calendar with other drivers on track, done at a mutually agreeable time to the drivers involved and the administration; as well as a hotlap on any requested tracks within 103% of the World Record.

The driver is placed on series probation Until Further Notice. The probation shall be cancelled after the road licence has been returned to the driver, AND sufficient proof of preparation and ability to drive in a safe manner, and within the expectations of the series has been demonstrated to the administration's satisfaction.



Car 28 - 5 point penalty - Unauthorised spectating from on-course. Next offence of this sort during the 2013 LFSCART Series for Car 28 will result in a 10-point penalty.
