Bruce Mclaren and Frank Williams, does that year mean as in any year or the one on the previous answer?
#27 - RLeb
Sorry, I really cocked up the question that time :P I re-formulated it now.

That person must be younger than all of HIS OWN drivers... by "drivers" I mean someone who entered a world championship event that year with the team.

Team boss will usually mean the team principal/chief (aka.. Ron Dennis, Frank Williams, Flavio Briatore etc etc)

Frank Williams was two months older than Piers Courage in 1969-1970. He ALMOST makes it, but not quite.

Bruce McLaren would be answer #1. He was younger than all his team drivers in 1968 (Hulme, Bonnier, Gurney)

There is a second example of this.
Nick Wirth at Simtek in 1994 is the second one imo

Just like Frank Williams, it was ALMOST right.

Nick Wirth was younger than all his drivers for almost the entire year....... until he got Mimmo Schiattarella to drive for two grand prix. Mimmo was 20 months younger than Nick.

There is another one out there!
Joakim Bonnier in 1958.

How I found it i don't know but it was a manual search through Wiki and not google.

Since I also did a painful search to find the answers manually yesterday, I seemed to have missed that one... but you are right

There is therefore a third..... Lord Hesketh in 1973, 1974 and 1975.

This is what happens when I try and avoid easily-googlable answers haha
Lord Hesketh?

edit : didn' even notice the 2nd page

I thought I got it too!
