iam looking for some program like cmx viwer only for the tracks .
its really annoying because iam just making all kind of textures and stuff and going into the game every time takes alot of time .

Never heard of one. You're lucky if LFS reloads the textures and you don't have to restart it with every texture change.
Try ask Lynce or others who made track texture packs.

I think it may work if you toggle between compresed textures and full textures.
