Top Shelf, top drawer or basically just about anything "top" is just a slang way of saying "very good"

I enjoyed it too, I have to admit I'm not a fan of all these drift clips, they all seem to be so much the same. That said it's technically very good, in fact I think I can say that of all the drift clips I have seen the only one I like more is the Traction Zero movie.

That's the "bridge". A bridge in a song is usually about 3/4 of the way through the song and usually has a key change, tempo change or something that sets it apart from the rest of the song (chorus/verse).
