Session: Race
Time Code of Incident (start - finish): 3:25.10 - 3:25.25
Drivers Involved: 17, 21, 38, 91 + some others
Description: 38 decides to attempt an impossible overtake and makes it 4 wide. 91 has no time to react and accidently hit him and nearly all the top 5 plus some other cars wreck. Keep in mind there was about 14 laps to go in the race and such a move wasn't necessary considering the amount of laps remaining.

The 38 makes his pass attempt clear well in advance of the turn in point, and maintains his position on track as advertized. Those competitors on his outside failed to leave room for him on the inside causing a crash as pointed out above. The Kyoto Ring oval is plenty wide enough for four competitors. Although to some it may be a move too aggressive for that time in the race, there were no rules broken in it. No Action Required
25 moves down into the side of the 17 causing a crash. Incident Noted in Final Action
25 and 31 make contact causing a crash. The 31 could have went lower, and the 25 could have went higher. Incident Noted in Final Action
The 25 forces the 83 off of the racing surface at apex in turn 3 causing him to spin into the field. The 25 is denied his free pass due to being the cause of the caution flag. Incident Noted In Final Action
The 25 recovers from a caution flag spin and drives his vehicle into the Safety Car Que forcing the race to not be restarted on the following lap, and instead forcing a red flag. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Incident Noted In Final Action
As a result of this and other incidents, the following LFSWorld User Names will be permanently banned from competition in Worldwide Racing events: BMXtwins, Mountain_Dew, RayK, and any other account directly connected to these accounts. The 25 is also disqualified from the Kyoto 400
21 and 25 make contact at the front of the field. A miscalculation, but not a serious offense.
Chatting without permission is a minor offense, but when it involves cursing and insulting of others as well it becomes a serious offense. Incident Noted in Final Action
The 21 drives down beside his teammate for unknown reasons. The two make contact and the 21 spins. Later in the lap the 25 intentionally spins on the front stretch making contact with other competitors which does at last draw a caution.
We at Worldwide Racing will not tolerate manipulation of our events or insulting of our competitors. As a result of these incidents Mustangman759 and any associated accounts will be suspended from Worldwide Racing events until 2016 for his involvement in this attempt to manipulate this event, and other offenses listed above.
Chatting without permission is a minor offense, but when it involves cursing and insulting of others as well it becomes a serious offense. Incident Noted in Final Action
The 91 spins through his own fault, and intentionally leaves his car in the racing line when there was not a reason to be. It should be noted that a similar incident occurred with this competitor in one of our practice events.

94 fails to notice the 07 on his outside and causes a crash. An honest mistake. Incident noted, but no action needed with this alone (If every instance of this resulted in a post race penalty the results would make little to no sense).
94 makes contact with the 07 causing a crash. This is the second such incident involving car 94. Incident noted, but no action needed (The 94 failed to finish and any in-race penalty would be pointless when applied to this competitor.)
46 makes contact with the 17 resulting in a crash. Incident noted, but no action needed (If every instance of this resulted in a post race penalty the results would make little to no sense).
07 makes contact with 17 causing a crash. Incident noted, but no action needed (If every instance of this resulted in a post race penalty the results would make little to no sense).
This was an honest mistake. Once again, incident was noted, but there was no malicious intent with this move, and no administrative action is required.
