The 2014 Kyoto 250 will be on the following timetable:

Official Practice Sessions

Starting on Friday, 7 March 2014 and ending on 28 March 2014. Each practice session will have its timetable and format in its own thread. Due to my not necessarily predictable work schedule, I can only guarantee practice sessions occuring on Thursdays - Sundays. Monday - Wednesday sessions, if any, will be short free practices or very late night Europe, late evening USA time. There will be "quiet days" to allow for administrative catch-up and in the event of conflicting events.

Qualifying Day

Saturday, 29 March 2014:
17:00 UTC: Qualifying Session: one attempt, two hotlaps, best counts. One hour window, can be expanded if necessary. Race start P1 and P2 set after this session.
*20 minute break*
18:30 UTC: Twin 115 #1: Takes odd positions from qualifiying, sets inside of Rows 2 through 11, inclusive. 63+2=65 laps; ONE GREEN FLAG pitstop required - ALL TYRE CHANGE REQUIRED
*15 minute break*
19:50 UTC: Twin 115 #2: Takes even positions from qualifiying, sets outside of Rows 2 through 11, inclusive. 63+2=65 laps; ONE GREEN FLAG pitstop required - ALL TYRE CHANGE REQUIRED

The breaks will be at least as long as scheduled here. This means, that a session will start either the breaktime duration after the completion of the previous session, or its scheduled time, whichever is LATER.

Race Day

All drivers for the race must be in server at 17:20 UTC, Sunday, 30th March 2014.

Green flag at 17:45 UTC.
