hi guys i always get 'did not receive skin info' (mostly) or 'did not receive track info'

ive been trying since i wokeup which is literally 5 or 6 hours ago..

How can i resolve this issue in a fast way (internet works properly)

That seems to be some kind of connection problem. Either with your computer or the host you are trying to connect to, or your router or your ISP.

1) Have you tried restarting your computer?
2) Have you tried restarting your router?
3) Have you tried joining a different host?
4) When was it last working?

1) yes like 7 times
2) no i have no access to the router im currently living in a hotel
3) yes a demo one, and it worked, tried 4 other server 3 S2 1 demo but still doesnt let me connect.

i realized i can only join servers that are empty.

If you can only connect to empty servers it kind of sounds like an issue with the internet connection. Likely since you are in a Hotel I would safely bet money on too many other connections. Also, If you have the ability (some hotels do, some don't) connect through Ethernet and not WIFI.

I am connected through Ethernet.
