Currently, custom pit lane speed limits are not supported directly.

The existing pit lane speed limit and pit stops are disabled when you add a custom pit stop.

This is to make sure that LFS does not give drive-through or stop-go penalties if you are not using the existing pits.

InSim can be used to create custom speed limit zones.
