why is that, some of the object we can use in carpark, can't be used on normal tracks. like banners, ramps e.g.?

and 2: why not add some more objects like curbs or longer tyreparts usw. usw. that would not harm anybody. or make that part open for other objects that can be importet. i think that would not mess anything ...
