This is really useful for client-side insim apps, yet host control apps will benefit with this aswell IMO.

Just recently I made real time comparison (in LFSLazy) work on open configs, however as its not possible to request layout data its pretty much useless. Currently LFS sends layout data (AXM) only when layout changes meaning real time comparison will function properly only after layout change. Being able to request layout data using TINY_AXM should solve problems we are having right now.
