Yes of course, even the longest configuration is only half as long as AS6R, though it's the same length as SO4 and there's been plenty of endurance races there.
Next problem will be the licence. If we choose Rockingham we would force all drivers to have a S3 licence.

Some others are waiting for the NDR voucher event, which is actually before the DoP. and I think after that nearly everybody will purchase it.

After 8 years of beign ready, content was released... We were waiting and still have to pay for something done 8 years ago, when S2 was the current licence for everyting. 8 years and even VW not released...
Most active and smart racers should wait for really fresh content to buy S3 in my opinion. Forcing to pay 12 pounds it's just robbing.
Why do you even care? You got the brand new Westhill track for free and you haven't even spent a single lap in it online,getting Rockingham for free wouldn't change a thing for you anyway.
Who's forcing anyone to buy the game?

This is about a 24 hour race. Why need S2 people need to spam their 12 pound frustrations everywhere?

Looks like you already created an event, now if you enter the date it will show up there.
More generally maybe you could register something like "BC Events" (or similiar) and have all races under one name (for example cityliga trainings races or so too)

Why not? What you'll need is a team. If you can't create your own one you should ask here for other drivers to form a team with you.
I don't know how staple your connection to the server will be. Maybe this could be a problem. The server is located in Germany. And a connection from Iran could struggle from time to time.
