Anyone know why I wouldn't be seeing all the shadows on the road?

Car passes over where it should be and I see the shadow envelope the car, but the road is not in shadow.

The shadow from the pedestrian bridge?
At bright weather there is no shadow...for some reason. At "overcast dusk" the bridge casts a shadow on road.

He means that the car itself is in shadow, but the road isn't. Just the yellow lines.

I recall Scawen saying,that he plans to completely remake shadowing system at some point,probably wont happen that soon though. That should fix this and many other similar bugs,including lack of shadows from layout objects.
